Propel Finance appoints Jennifer Bodey as new Director of Compliance & Conduct Risk
Propel Finance, the leading UK independent asset finance lender, has appointed Jennifer Bodey as its new Director of Compliance & Conduct Risk, effective immediately.
Jennifer will be entrusted with overseeing Propel’s governance, regulatory and compliance structures, as the firm continues to grow.
Prior to joining Propel, Jennifer was Director of Governance & Compliance and Company Secretary at alternative finance services firm Time Finance. Before that Jennifer was at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for 16 years in various risk, operations and regulatory oversight roles, during what was a busy period for compliance and financial governance.

Anne Williams, Chief Operating Officer at Propel said:
“As Propel expands our asset finance services to SMEs, our financial governance and regulatory responsibilities will accordingly increase. Therefore I’m thrilled to welcome Jennifer to the team in a compliance and conduct risk capacity at Propel. Her experience in the sector, both at the FCA and in the private sector, will be invaluable at such a critical time for both Propel and the wider asset finance industry.”
Jennifer Bodey, Director of Compliance & Conduct Risk at Propel, said:
“Having watched Propel continue to grow in recent years, I am excited to join the team and oversee compliance and conduct risk. The right asset finance solutions for SMEs are needed more than ever and I look forward to playing my part to ensure they continue to be delivered securely and effectively.”
